Before the promotion, many users kept idle balances but didn’t interact with the app frequently. The goal was to turn financial engagement into a rewarding behavior by creating a campaign that was both safe and fun.
The Audi R8 giveaway project was a great opportunity to explore the intersection between fintech and emotional engagement. The challenge was to balance Tap’s financial seriousness with a fun and motivating experience — and the result was a simple, gamified flow fully integrated into the brand’s ecosystem.
